This frame fits about a size 8" by 10" picture within the white box (which is inside the slightly off-white matte), but since this is just a flat JPG image and the photo is taken at a slight angle, you will need to use the Free Transform, Warp, and Cropping tools in Photoshop for your art to properly fit the white area on the mockup.
