To access all glyphs, you need programs that support OpenType features and or have glyphs panels like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop CC, CorelDraw etc.

Since alternative glyphs are mapped to Private Use Area, you can also access them through Character Map. If you are using NexusFont, in UNICODE Subranges, make sure you have selected 'All' or 'Private Use Area' to access.
In Windows Character Map, please group by 'Unicode Subrange' and then select 'Private Use Characters'.
