Extended Commercial Use License

This is Extended Commercial Use License for each set of product from Keyfork Studio.

Usually when you buy product on Creative Market, you get it with the Simple License (you may find out more about terms here - https://creativemarket.com/licenses/simple). The main idea is that if you want to use product for commercial use (aka print it on T-shirts, cases and other physical products for sale), you need another type of license which is called Extended License.

Extended Use License What you can do:

The Extended License gives you the right to sell artwork created with the help of my products.
- Each Extended License applies to a single product. If you want to use several products, you should buy a separate Extended License for each artwork.
- Extended License gives you the right to use artwork on physical products offered for sale, such as posters, t-shirts, gifts, stationery, books, DVDs, packaging, etc.
- The right to use purchased artwork in digital products offered for sale – for example as e-cards, digital invitations, powerpoint presentations, video, software and games.
- One Extended License places a limit of 1000 copies for sale.

What you can not do:

- You may not Re-distribute/share/sell any of my products.
- You may not distribute/share/sell any of my artworks in vector format.
- You may not claim any of these designs/products as your own in any way as the copyright remains with me.
- Sub-license, re-sell, rent, lend, assign, gift or otherwise transfer or distribute the Digital Product or the rights granted under this Agreement;
- Sell or otherwise transfer or distribute the Digital Product in a digital products bundle;
- Use them in any offensive manner.

Please keep in mind that this license is for small commercial use and I will continue to sell these same designs. If you plan to manufacture an item with my design in excess of 1000 pieces you must contact me for a different price plan.
