How to change its Colors

Select the Background Rectangle Shape, fill it with your desired Color from the Colour Palette.
Now, Double Click on the Grouped Graphic, Select one Arrow Shape
Go to Top Menu and hit SelectSameStroke Color, This will Select all the Arrow shapes.
Apply your desired shade, this has to be little darker tone of the Base/background Color, so it can become prominent on the Background but not too much darker.
Now, Double Click on the Grouped Graphic again, Select one Square Block
Go to Top Menu and hit SelectSameFill Color This will Select all the Square Blocks.
Adjust the Shades if you think it requires. This should be it!
