WHAT YOU NEED
• Desktop or laptop computer. You can NOT edit this file on tablet or phone. • Software: latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader (Free Download: www.get.adobe.com/reader)
IMPORTANT: Editing the template in any other program besides Adobe Acrobat Reader may cause styling, formatting or issues with saving the file.
• Note for Windows users: Do NOT use the default PDF Reader called “Windows Reader”. • Note for MAC users: Do NOT use the default PDF viewer called "Preview".
WHAT IS EDITABLE • You CAN type your own text where highlighted editable text boxes are located • You CAN use your own fonts in editable text boxes • You CAN change font size • You CAN change font style • You CAN change font color • You CAN change font line-spacing • You CAN change text alignment
No font downloads required. The fonts are embedded in the printable files.
WHAT IS NOT EDITABLE • Text noted at the beginning of description (also see second photo above) • You can NOT move text location • You can NOT insert new text location • You can NOT add photographs • You can NOT edit graphics • You can NOT modify color of graphics or background
WHERE TO PRINT

WHAT YOU NEED
• Color printer. • Full cartridges or enough printer ink. • Card stock or craft paper (Letter 8.5"x11" or A4 size). We recommend printing on 100# - 120# card stock. But please check your printer's specification. • Paper trimmer or clerical knife and ruler.
HOW TO PRINT
• Adjust print settings to print “Actual Size” or 100% scale. (Be careful! Default printer setting may be “Fit to Printable Area”!) • To print backside design, follow the instructions of your printer for two-sided printing. • Print the sample. Check if everything is ok. • Print as many copies as you need.
HOW TO CROP
• Each template has crop marks. Using a paper cutter or x-acto knife and ruler, cut off excess margins.
Please note, colors vary depending on monitor, printer & stock choice. Please keep in mind that we can’t be responsible for text errors, or the printing outcome since we don’t have any control over quality of printers, ink levels and brands of paper provided. Printing is solely the responsibility of the buyer.

• Check your professional printer requirements and use two or one up file to customize. • Usually you can’t email editable PDF files at Photo Labs; you will need to convert your files from PDF to JPEG after customization. There are several FREE online converters such as https://smallpdf.com/pdf-to-jpg where converting your PDF file to JPEG is free and you don’t need to register. • Send customized files to Photo Lab. • Select the type of paper. • Select the number of copies and make an order.
Print quality is guaranteed by Photo Lab.
