This theme will not work with WordPress.com sites. This theme is only compatible with **self-hosted WordPress.org sites** - you will need a domain name and web hosting to run this theme. Please read our setup guide http://www.bluchic.com/getting-started-guide .

Once downloaded, you must unzip the file to access the Victoria theme file you'll need to install the themes. If you receive the **missing style.css stylesheet** error message, you have not unzipped and will need to do so before uploading the theme.
