Vintage Bird Logo: Rooster

Blue Hen Chicken is a state bird symbol of Delaware. The history of this symbol goes back to the Revolutionary war when Delaware soldiers were compared to fighting cocks. Blue Hen Chicken is also a state bird of Rhode Island. This logo as others in my State Bird Series is digitised from my original ink drawing.
