• CREATE YOUR OWN FONT •

Creating one's own font is (nearly) every designer's dream. Well - it's not that difficult to make this dream come true. Especially if you're already working with an iPad Pro, an Apple Pencil and the amazing Procreate app. All you need for your first steps is this brush set, which was specially developed to -
yes, you guessed it - make fonts. While the design process of these brushes took me a few weeks, drawing the characters of your new font with these lettering brushes, can be done within an hour or two.
---
• SELL YOUR OWN FONT •

This product was made to help you create (and sell) your own font. So YES ! of course, you are allowed to sell the fonts you've created with these Procreate brushes (or the lettering art you've made with them).

• HOW TO CREATE A FONT FILE •

With this product, you get the brushes for creating your font on your iPad Pro. You also need a font creating software - e. g. Glyphs or Fontself - https://crmrkt.com/pm4v6 . My way is this:

SVG fonts:
1. Open and edit drawing in Photoshop
2. Import characters into Fontself (within Photoshop)
3. Editing stuff (kerning etc.) and export font

Non-SVG fonts:
1. Import your characters into Adobe Illustrator (to convert them into vector shapes)
2. live-trace every symbol and then
3. use Fontself to generate a working font

• PLEASE NOTE •

- The **Procreate App, the iPad Pro and the Apple Pencil** (or comparable pressure-sensitive stylus) are REQUIRED in order to use this brushes. They won't work with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or any other software than Procreate App for iPad Pro.
- This is **not a font creating software.** Of course, you need an app like, e.g., Glyphs or the Fontself Maker - https://crmrkt.com/pm4v6 - to develop ready-to-use typeface!
