The *Welcome Kit* is a series of beautifully designed templates to help streamline the introduction process for you and your clients. The ‘Welcome Kit’ features 36 pages of individually designed templates including an 8 page *Welcome/Introduction* template, a 10 page *Service Guide* template, a 15 page *Proposal* template, an *Invoice* and a *Contract*. These are all beautifully presented in landscape format, ideal for being viewed both on screen and in print. Everything is fully customizable and the templates even use real text, so if you’re lost for what to say, maybe what we’ve written will inspire you!

The template uses free fonts and links to the fonts are included inside the download. The colors are fully editable so you can change the palette to suit your need. Auburn is editable in Adobe Photoshop and Indesign. (Versions CS4, CS5, CS5.5, CS6 and CC). Like all Studio Standard templates it’s fully editable, utilizing character, paragraph and object styles for easy customization.

**What is a Welcome Kit?**

A welcome kit is a packet of information you give to new clients to help ensure you both get the relationship off to a great start. This includes information about who you are and what you do, but also more detailed information about how you bill and projected timelines.

**How to use it**

Open the template in either **Adobe Photoshop** or **Adobe Indesign** and replace the content with your own. Either send it to print or save it as a pdf and email it to the client.
