You can download photos both in high-resolution (3500 px longer side) and for web use (low resolution).

Pinterest templates are easy to work with as I made them on Canva which you can use for free. You don’t need Photoshop to modify the templates. It takes just a few minutes for you to change the fonts and colors of the template to match your brand colors.
