► I don’t use illustrator. What do I do?
Try a free trial of illustrator. Link provided in kit. All customisations are very basic and beginner level, and instructions are provided.

► What about fonts?
I am not able to include the fonts due to license restrictions. All fonts used are 100% free for commercial use, and the link is provided for these

► Do you Customise it for me?
As this is a DIY kit, I do not customise the designs for you. If you would like me to add in your business name to all files, a flat fee of $100 is required.

► Can you design me a 100% custom logo?
All custom branding services are booked through www.ivyandellestudio.com

► Do you provide refunds?
Refunds are not given after purchase.

► I want this kit to remain exclusive to me. Can I do this?

► I want to use my designs in Canva. What do I do?
Once you have saved and exported your designs, all elements, colours and fonts can be easily uploaded into Canva.
