A 60 page PDF travel planner including the following sections:

- TRIP SCHEDULE: keep track of what you have booked or planned for each day, when you have free time, what you plan to shoot and where, etc.

- TO DOS: make notes of what you need to get done for your trip.

- TRANSPORT: organise all your travel information in one place, whether it's a flight, train ride, taxi hire, etc.

- BUDGET: set your budget for all the different parts of the trip to ensure you aren't going over.

- PLACES TO GO: write down all the sights you want to visit + restaurants you want to dine at and keep track of where is place is and how to get there so you can plan out all your time. Here you can also plan out what outfits you might want to shoot at a particular location, what the colour scheme is, etc.

- HOTELS: plan your hotel stays, whether they are self-funded or press stays. What are your deliverables? What time is check in and check out? What dates are you staying? Is breakfast included?

- USEFUL + IMPORTANT INFORMATION: include vital information such as emergency numbers, time differences, exchange rates and more.

- COMMON PHRASES: translate and note some common phrases and words in the language of the country you are visiting. It's only polite to make an effort and it can also come in handy!

- TRIP NOTES: during/after your trip, make note of anything you may want to write or post about later. Any recommendations for others? Memorable experiences? You can even use this section to paste some photos and write a few notes for your own use, so that you can fondly look back on your trip.

- PACKING LIST: Included is a pre-designed 3 page packing list for your benefit, but if you prefer to create your own from scratch then there are multiple blank lined pages included for your use.

All pages are hyperlinked, so you can easily access any tab at any time.

You can save the PDF as a new file name (e.g. Travel Planner - Budapest) as many times as needed for as many trips as you want!

1. Once you have purchased this listing, you will receive an automatic email from Etsy containing a download link. You can also find your purchased items here: https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases

2. Download the PDF and transfer it to your tablet/iPad via Airdrop, Dropbox, Google Drive or whichever method is easiest for you.

3. Open your note-taking app (I highly recommend Notability) and import the PDF. Please note: the app must support PDFs and hyperlinks.

4. Enjoy using your planner!

IMPORTANT - Notability, GoodReads, OneNote, Metamoji, Xodo, etc. are all apps that are compatible with PDF files so that you may edit and write on them with an Apple Pencil, stylus, etc. I highly recommend using this planner in conjunction with one of these apps - these apps are only available on Google/Apple App Store and they do NOT come with this purchase. They must be separately downloaded on your tablet. If you prefer, of course, you can always just print this PDF but I do suggest keeping it all digital for security, convenience and eco-friendliness! :)

If you wish to use this on your laptop, PDF Expert is a great programme for annotating PDFs (of course Adobe Acrobat is also a popular option).

This planner is viewable on your phone if you have a suitable PDF editing app on there. You will either require a stylus in order to write, or fill out the planner on your tablet first and then send it to your phone for reference.

My top recommended app for this planner is Notability on the iPad :)
