Fine Art Texture Overlays 3

Just place your texture over the picture layer, change the opacity of the texture and change the blend mode and give your pictures a beautiful unique look.

It is compatible with Photoshop Elements and Photoshop CS, Paint Shop Pro and other image editing software that works with layers.
