The card / page border is given in 2 sizes:
7.5 X 10.5 inches (2250 X 3150 pixels) - reduces to a 5 X 7 inch card.
8.3 X 11.7 inches (2480 X 3508) - A4 size.

The individual elements vary in size, being on average 3 X 3 inches:
